A redesign as intuitive as their device

The C-Scope is the flagship product of CIT Ortho, a medical device company specializing in arthroscopic tech and imaging. They came to AO to help better connect their online presence to their brand and audience. From a better user experience and flow of info to refreshed messaging and downloads, the result was truly awesome and intentional to their goals.

CIT Ortho is a medical device company specializing in advanced orthopedic solutions and micro visualization. Their flagship product, the C Scope, needed a refreshed website design and user experience to better showcase the innovation and benefits of the device to both physicians and patients. We improved the design, flow of information and the intention of each page. The result is a beautiful site built on the clients preferred CMS, making it easy for them to own, add to and maintain themselves.

Not only did the C-Scope website need a better flow for physicians and patients, but also for reps to access training and sales materials. We worked with the CIT Ortho team create a better user experience that included improved communications, larger click points for easier navigating, as well as more visualization of resources for quicker access and recall.

We worked in their CMS and took design to the next level

When it comes to websites each client is very different. However, one thing we keep hearing is that more and more companies want to have better ownership over their website and more ability to manage and update at will. For this reason, we believe in building websites that fit each client’s capacity and ability. We built Patton Painting’s website in Squarespace so that our client could manage their domain registry, yearly hosting, maintenance and email marketing all in one place. We’re a Squarespace Circle Member which means we get great support when needed and we are really good at making custom websites in this environment.
